Professionals at our home office in Clive, Iowa enjoy working in a new, state-of-the-art facility. Officially known as Commerce Park, this facility is filled with cutting edge technology, a 250-seat conference center, meeting rooms, broadcast studio, and employee office space.

Commerce Park is located in the heart of a growing business district in the suburbs of Des Moines, Iowa. The office complex is in close proximity to up-scale shopping and dining opportunities as well as readily accessible to a number of hotels and medical centers.

DeWaay Financial Network occupies a portion of the main building and due to growth is looking to expand in other areas.

Commerce Park was developed with a vision to create a synergistic, one-stop financial business complex for affluent clients. Unlike anything else in the Midwest, Commerce Park is home to independent wealth management professionals across a spectrum of disciplines. Financial planners, private account managers, estate attorneys, insurance specialists, Certified Public Accountants, tax preparers and business counselors are all located within Commerce Park. This provides clients easy access to professionals who can provide advice for specific circumstances.

The main building on the campus was completed in 2007. Two additional buildings on the east side of the property are scheduled to open in late 2007. A local bank as well as carefully selected retailers will occupy this new facility. Two more buildings will be constructed on the west side of the property in the near future.
