Don DeWaay

Don DeWaay is the founder of the DeWaay family of companies and the Chairman of DeWaay Financial Network.

Don is also the President and CEO of DeWaay Capital Management, a prominent financial advisory firm located in Clive, Iowa. He was named to both the Barron's Top 100 Financial Advisors List and Top Independent Advisors List in 2009, and, in 2010, the same publication named Don as Iowa's Top Financial Advisor. In addition, he was named to Medical Economics' Top 150 Advisors for Doctors list in 2008 and 2009, the 2008 Goldline Research's Top 100 Most Dependable Advisors in the Midwest list, and was honored to receive the 2008 Iowa Better Business Bureau's Integrity Award.

Don is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa. He and his wife reside in West Des Moines, Iowa with their three young children.

Matt Stahr

Matt Stahr is the President and Chief Marketing Officer of DeWaay Financial Network and DeWaay Advisory. He is responsible for working directly with existing and prospective representatives to build strong partnerships to meet their business needs and expand their practices.

Matt joined the DeWaay family of companies with an extensive background in the securities industry. Prior to his present role, Matt spent over 17 years in the industry with a Fortune 500 Financial Services firm as Regional Vice President of Investments as well as Vice President, Chief Operations Officer for a regional securities firm in Salt Lake City, Utah, and most recently as Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer for an independent broker-dealer and registered investment adviser based in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Matt is truly excited about what DeWaay has to offer.

Matt received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Iowa State University. He holds the Series 7, 24, 63, 65 and 79 registrations and life and health licenses.

He enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. Matt loves attending events with his family, enjoying the outdoors, and watching the Minnesota Vikings, St. Louis Cardinals and Iowa State Cyclones.

Arlen Dykhuis

Arlen Dykhuis is the Chief Financial Officer of DeWaay Financial Network.

Arlen joined the DeWaay family of companies in January 2007 as the Controller of DeWaay Capital Management. Beginning in May 2007 he became the FinOP of DeWaay Financial Network. In 2009, he moved to his current role overseeing the internal financial operations of the broker-dealer.

He received his Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Accounting and Business Management with a Finance emphasis from Central College in Pella, IA. Currently, Arlen holds the Series 27 registration.

Arlen resides in Waukee, Iowa, with his wife and children. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys spending time with his children.
